Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What are the hours for the Little Wellies program?

A: 9am-4pm

Q: How does the Little Wellies program work?

A: We have an infant room, which will remain a quiet space, and a toddler room where the kids are welcome to get excited and play without having to worry about waking up the babies. Moms are required to remain onsite for the entire time their child(ren) are checked into the program.

Q: Are masks required?

A: Masks are required for all employees and Well members. Masks for the kids in the Little Wellies is optional and up to each parent.

Q: How are the workstations separated?

A: Well workstations are set 6ft apart (sometimes more) from each other.

Q: Are parents allowed in & out of the Little Wellies area?

A: We are not allowing parents in and out of the kid’s space because we want to limit contact and keep their cohort contact as small as possible. We do have large “adult height” windows for moms to look in and see their kiddos at all times. If mothers need to nurse, we will bring their child out to their mom (we also have a nursing station), and if children need a diaper change, the Little Wellies staff will message the mom to come and change her child as soon as possible.

Q: What COVID precautions are you taking?

A: Masks are required for all adults and workstations are set 6 ft apart (sometimes more) from each other. We also have acquired HEPA air filters, will be performing temperature checks for all adults and children, and will have waivers for each family unit to sign each day.  We also have 4 hand washing stations as well as lots of hand sanitizing stations throughout The Well.
